We get up and brush our teeth.

We collect water from the well up to four times. We carry the water in pots called Garia or Gara. We carry two, sometimes three, pots on our heads at a time.

At the well we wash the pots from the previous night's meal. It is too dark to wash these at night because there is no electricity. We use sand and ash instead of soap.

Then we sweep the RCC and the area outside. We sprinkle water to stop it from getting dusty.

We get up and brush our teeth. Then we exercise. We go jogging for good health.
