ActionAid's work ActionAid's Asia office is based in Bangkok. This lets us co-ordinate all our work in Asia and plan campaigning work. Our work here helps people across Asia get the food, education and health care they are entitled to. It also helps improve the way countries are run and give women equal chances to men. Another thing the Thailand office works on is trafficking, when a person is taken from one place to another to work, usually in poor conditions.
